Hips!
Let's get into our hip movements. You'll walk away with effective technique, direction for flow and named moves to work with. This will be a mix of solo and partnered movement. Let's get those hips movin'!

Expanding Ideas
Sometimes we get locked into thinking of the next move and we miss the opportunities. Let's take a move or idea, add some variety, rhythm, wit, and conversation to make it a full thought. From 8 counts expanded playfully to a full phrase. Think less, dance more.

Creative Transitions
So we had an idea, we played with it, now let's transition out. You'll get some to-go ways to transition to the next idea, ways that could feel like their own move. Let's avoid the feeling of a vocabulary list and instead keep a groove going in the dance.
